The OPAx197 family (OPA197, OPA2197, and OPA4197) represents a new generation of 36V op amps. These devices offer excellent DC accuracy and AC performance, including rail-to-rail input/output, low offset (typical ±25μV), low drift (typical ±0.25μV/°C), and 10MHz bandwidth. The OPAx196 features several unique characteristics, such as differential input voltage range spanning the supply rails, high output current (±65mA), high capacitive load drive up to 1nF, and high slew rate (20V/μs), making it a robust, high-performance op amp suited for demanding high-voltage industrial applications. The OPA197 family op amps are available in standard packages and operate over a rated temperature range of -40°C to +125°C.
