Introduction
The INA333 device is a low-power precision instrumentation amplifier with excellent accuracy. This device adopts a general three-op-amp design and features a small size and low power consumption, making it highly suitable for various portable applications. The gain can be set in the range of 1 to 1000 through a single external resistor. The INA333 is designed to use an industry-standard gain formula: G = 1 + (100kΩ/RG). This device has an ultra-low offset voltage (25μV, G ≥100), excellent offset voltage drift (0.1μV/°C, G ≥100), and a high common-mode rejection ratio (100dB, G ≥10). It can operate with a power supply as low as 1.8V (±0.9V) and has a quiescent current of only 50μA, so it is very suitable for battery-powered systems. The INA333 device uses auto-calibration technology to ensure excellent accuracy over an extended industrial temperature range and also provides an ultra-low noise density (50nV/√Hz) down to DC. The INA333 device is available in 8-pin VSSOP and WSON surface-mount packages, with a rated temperature range of TA = -40°C to +125°C.
