Introduction
Thermal fuses - alloy type are one-shot, non-resettable devices. They primarily consist of a low-melting-point fusible alloy, flux, housing, sealing resin, and leads. Under normal operating conditions, the fusible alloy maintains connection with both leads. When the alloy-type thermal fuse senses abnormal heat and reaches the predetermined fusing temperature, the fusible alloy melts and rapidly retracts to both ends of the leads under the action of the flux, thereby breaking the circuit. The XG series features rated operating temperatures from 76°C to 221°C, a rated current of 3A, and safety certifications including UL, cUL, TUV, PSE, and CCC, compliant with RoHS and REACH environmental regulations.
