High-accuracy billing-grade split-core current transformers are designed to convert AC working current into low-voltage AC millivolt signals for microprocessor-based circuits requiring the highest precision. These compact, lightweight split-core current transformers are designed for installation on branch circuits within distribution panels. The current transformers feature a robust locking latch that uses a press-to-open mechanism to secure the split-core current transformer in place, enabling quick installation without disconnecting cables. Split-core current transformers come standard with unterminated, stripped and tinned lead wires for easy connection to any single-phase or three-phase ACI power meter. The current transformer models listed here are compatible with ACI KW350-P1-D-S-SC, KW320-P1-D-W-SC-XX, KW320-P1-D-W-SC-PC, KW1850-P1-D-W, and KW1850-P1-D-S power meters for typical power measurement applications. For optimal accuracy, the window size should be selected based on the dimensions of the conductor being monitored, and the current transformer should be chosen with reference to the expected maximum and minimum currents of the target application.
