The MLP2 Series low differential pressure transmitter is designed for OEM or high-density panel mounting applications. Key mounting features include an integrated 35mm DIN rail mounting foot, vertical orientation of wiring and pressure connections, and a push-button zero adjustment conveniently located on the front cover. The MLP2 offers two DIN rail mounting options: rear mounting and side mounting. Rear DIN rail mounting is integrated into the housing. The side mounting adapter is included with the product packaging and can be easily installed. Side mounting provides a slimmer profile for high-density panels. The MLP2 uses a high-accuracy piezoresistive silicon sensing element to sense differential pressure and provides a linear 4 to 20mA or DC voltage output proportional to the specified pressure range. This technology reduces warm-up drift while also reducing the effects of package stress for improved long-term stability. Additionally, the unit includes a pluggable terminal block for easy installation. The unit must be ordered with a single unidirectional or bidirectional pressure range and output signal selected for your application, with pressure ranges from +/-0.1 in w.c. to a maximum of +/-40 in w.c. All MLP2 Series pressure transmitters are calibrated using NIST-certified equipment. Optional 3-point or 5-point NIST certificates are available and must be specified at time of order.
