MACOM MAOC-009269-TR0500

MAOC-009269 is an InGaP HBT-based voltage-controlled oscillator for frequency generation. No external matching components are required. This VCO can be easily integrated into a phase-locked loop via a divide-by-2 output. Ultra-low phase noise makes it well-suited for numerous radio applications, including high-capacity digital radio. Primary applications for the MAOC-009269 include point-to-point radio, point-to-multipoint radio, communication systems, and low phase noise applications. The 5mm PQFN package features a lead-free finish, is RoHS compliant, and can withstand reflow temperatures of 260°C. The package also offers low lead inductance and excellent thermal path.
