The RAFIX 22QR control component series is designed for installations conforming to IEC 60947 with a 22.3mm mounting hole diameter. Maximum voltage 250V, maximum current 10A, IP65 water jet protection rating, available in 2 collar shapes. Lamp replacement from the front is supported, contact blocks (silver or gold contacts) snap onto the actuator via a coupling, with screw terminals, spring-clamp terminals, or RJ12 connectors, up to 3 NC contacts + 3 NO contacts. Specified data applies only when actuators/signal indicators are combined with contact blocks and lamp holders from the same product series. RAFIX 22QR components include round illuminated flush pushbuttons with silver contact blocks, emergency stop buttons, signal indicators, and lamp holders. Pushbuttons are available in various styles such as flush lens, extended lens, and extended front ring, as well as different collar shapes. Selector switches are available with long or short handles, and key-lock switches come in different collar shapes. Mushroom-head pushbuttons are available in different sizes; emergency stop buttons conform to EN 418 anti-tamper standard, with some featuring indication or key-lock. Also available are double pushbuttons, potentiometer actuators, buzzers, and signal indicators. Contact blocks feature silver or gold contacts with various terminal types and assembly configurations. Lamp holders are of BA 9s (MBC/MCC) type, with some featuring integrated LEDs. Special accessories include flush pushbutton housings, lenses, and front rings. Contact blocks are color-coded for inventory identification and wiring; lamps for pushbuttons and indicator lights can be replaced from the front, saving time and improving safety. Components feature removable positioning lugs; installation can be performed using ring nuts with claws. Cast collar seals will not be lost or distorted during installation, enabling single-person assembly.
