BGSA200ML9 is a general-purpose shunt-to-ground 2x single-pole single-throw (2xSPST) RF antenna tuning switch. It is optimized for low COFF and low RON, suitable for applications up to 8.25GHz, making it ideal for antenna tuning purposes.

BGSA200ML9 integrates on-chip CMOS logic and power regulation. With its 4-state USID1 and USID2 functionality, it can be controlled via GPIO lines or MIPI RFFE bus. Each switch contact can be programmed individually or collectively. In MIPI RFFE mode, up to 3 instances of the same device can be controlled using the same RFFE bus.
