AR0147AT is a 1/4-inch CMOS digital image sensor with an active-pixel array of 1344 (horizontal) x 968 (vertical). This advanced automotive sensor captures images in linear or high dynamic range mode via rolling shutter readout. It features 3-micron backside illumination (BSI) pixels, with on-sensor HDR capture capability of up to 140 dB, optimized for low-light and challenging high dynamic range scene performance. The sensor offers flexible features such as pixel binning, windowing, and video and single-frame modes. The sophisticated on-sensor real-time safety mechanisms and fault detection capabilities of the AR0147AT make it compliant with ASIL B. The device is programmable via a simple two-wire serial interface and supports MIPI CSI2 and parallel output interfaces.
