SCC433T-K03 is a high-performance combined angular rate and accelerometer sensor component based on Murata's proven capacitive 3D-MEMS technology. Signal processing is performed in a mixed-signal ASIC, which provides angular rate and acceleration outputs via a flexible SPI digital interface. The sensor element and ASIC are packaged in an injection-molded SOIC-16W plastic housing, ensuring reliable operation throughout the product's service life. SCR410T-K03 is a high-performance angular rate sensor component based on the same technology, housing, and SPI digital interface as the SCC433T-K03. The SCC433T-K03 and SCR410T-K03 are designed, manufactured, and tested to meet high stability, reliability, and quality requirements. The components deliver highly stable outputs under temperature, humidity, and vibration conditions. The components feature multiple advanced self-diagnostic functions, are suitable for SMT, and comply with RoHS and ELV directives.
