Introduction
SCC2230-D08 is a high-performance combined angular rate and acceleration sensor component. It consists of a Z-axis angular rate sensor and a three-axis accelerometer, both based on Murata's proven capacitive 3D-MEMS technology. Signal processing is performed in a mixed-signal ASIC that provides angular rate and acceleration outputs via a flexible SPI digital interface. The sensor elements and ASIC are packaged in a 24-pin pre-molded plastic housing, ensuring reliable operation throughout the product's entire lifecycle.
The SCC2230-D08 is designed, manufactured, and tested to meet demanding requirements for stability, reliability, and quality. The component delivers extremely stable output across a wide range of temperature, humidity, and vibration conditions.
