Murata has 30 years of experience in low-g acceleration sensors for industrial and safety-critical automotive applications. Its accelerometer portfolio is extensive, including high-performance digital accelerometers based on 3D MEMS technology. - 6DoF Module: Orthogonality of measurement axes calibrated at Murata, allowing system integrators to eliminate this costly and performance-critical process step; both industrial and automotive versions feature multiple self-diagnostic functions for full ASIL-D compliance.
- Pressure Sensing Element: Designed for applications requiring small form factor and ultra-low power consumption; inherent accuracy, reliability, compact size, and low power consumption make it ideal for implantable medical devices.
