GR CD4020S

The CD4020 is a 14-bit binary ripple counter designed using advanced CMOS technology. The counter employs master-slave flip-flops, counting on the falling edge of clock CP. The clock CP input features a Schmitt trigger circuit, and the output clear terminal CR is active low. Both inputs and outputs incorporate buffered circuit designs, providing high noise immunity and drive capability.

• Low quiescent current: I_DD ≤ 6uA, @VDD = 15V, Ta = 25°C
