These devices are dual-line transient voltage suppressor (TVS) specifically designed for the protection of automotive CAN bus lines against electrostatic discharge (ESD). Their improved parameters make them compliant with all key drivers in automotive: CAN-FD, LIN, FlexRay, MOST, SENT, USB, etc.
