Introduction
The LoRa128X series includes four modules: LoRa1280-TCXO, LoRa1281-TCXO, LoRa1280, and LoRa1281. Users can select the appropriate module based on their application requirements. The LoRa128X series is manufactured and tested strictly using lead-free processes, complying with RoHS and REACH standards. This series adopts LoRa modulation, effectively addressing the short communication range limitation of conventional 2.4GHz modules. The LoRa1280/1281 uses an industrial-grade 10ppm crystal oscillator, while the LoRa1280/1281-TCXO modules are further equipped with a higher-precision industrial-grade 0.5ppm TCXO temperature-compensated crystal oscillator, ensuring stable frequency output under harsh conditions such as wide temperature variations. Additionally, these modules integrate a "time of flight" function to enable wireless ranging applications. The high penetration capability of the 2.4GHz band combined with LoRa modulation delivers high receiver sensitivity and strong immunity to environmental interference, making the modules well-suited for applications requiring long-range 2.4GHz transmission.
