GR GR6220B361MR-G

The GR6220xx series are high-precision, low-noise, fast-response LDO linear regulators manufactured using CMOS process. These regulators integrate a fixed reference voltage, error correction circuit, current limiting circuit, phase compensation circuit, and a low on-resistance MOSFET, achieving high ripple rejection, low output noise, and fast-response low-dropout performance.

The GR6220xx series is compatible with ceramic capacitors, which are smaller in size than tantalum capacitors, and eliminates the need for a 0.1 μF bypass capacitor, further saving board space and reducing cost. With high-precision output stability and fast transient response to handle load current fluctuations, the series is especially suitable for handheld devices and RF products.

By controlling the CE pin on the chip, the output can be shut down. The quiescent current after shutdown is only 0.1 μA (typ.), significantly reducing power consumption.
