HXY MOSFET DS18B20U-HXY

The DS18B20U is a digital temperature sensor offering 9- to 12-bit temperature measurement resolution, with user-configurable high and low temperature alarm thresholds. It communicates with a microcontroller via a 1-Wire interface and supports both external power supply and parasite power operating modes. A single microcontroller can control multiple devices simultaneously, enabling temperature monitoring across large areas. With its wide operating voltage range, low power consumption, and 1-Wire interface, this device is well-suited for a wide variety of temperature control systems.
