Introduction
The OPAx333 series amplifiers provide input offset voltage correction using a patented fast-settling chopper stabilization technique, achieving ultralow offset and drift. This approach continuously measures and compensates for input offset, eliminating drift over time and temperature as well as 1/f noise effects. This design breakthrough enables the devices to simultaneously achieve a 350kHz gain-bandwidth product and a high slew rate of 0.22V/μs, while drawing only 26μA of quiescent current. These devices are unity-gain stable and feature excellent power supply rejection ratio and common-mode rejection ratio. The series is ideal for applications requiring precision amplification of low-level signals where error sources cannot be tolerated, even under high-bandwidth and fast transient response demands. Rail-to-rail input and output swing makes both high-side and low-side sensing straightforward. The OPAx333 series operates from single-supply voltages as low as 1.8V, making it suitable for dual-battery applications. These op amps feature enhanced EMI protection to minimize interference from external sources, along with high ESD protection. All versions are specified over the extended industrial temperature range of -40°C to +125°C.
