SILICON LABS SI8501-C-IMR

The Si85xx products are unidirectional AC current sensors with full-scale ranges of 5A, 10A, and 20A. The Si85xx products are ideal upgrades from older current sensing technologies, offering advantages in size, performance, and cost compared to current transformers, Hall-effect devices, DCR circuits, and other methods. The Si85xx features extremely low losses, with a series resistance of less than 1.3mΩ and series inductance of less than 2nH in the sensing path at 25°C. The current sensing terminals are isolated from other package pins, with isolation ratings of up to 5kV_RMS available depending on the safety certification level.
