LITEON HSDL-3200#021

The HSDL-3200 is a next-generation, low-cost IR transceiver module from Lite-On Technology. It features the smallest footprint in the industry, measuring 2.5H x 8.0W x 3.0D mm. The supply voltage range is 2.7V to 3.6V. A 25 mA LED drive current ensures link distances compliant with the IrDA Data 1.4 (low power) physical layer specification. The HSDL-3200 achieves a link distance of up to 20 cm with other low-power devices and up to 30 cm with standard 1-meter IrDA devices.
