Descrição
STC15F2K60S2 is a new-generation 8051 MCU featuring single-clock (1T) operation, low power consumption, and ultra-high noise immunity. It employs STC's 8th-generation encryption technology, making it undecryptable, with instruction code fully compatible with 8051. It features an internal R/C oscillator at 8–12 MHz (±0.3%), temperature drift of ±1% (-40℃ ~ +85℃) and ±0.6% (-20℃ ~ +65℃) at room temperature, with ISP frequency range configurable from 5MHz to 35MHz, completely eliminating the need for external crystals and external reset circuits (an integrated high-reliability reset circuit is built in; 8 levels of reset threshold voltage are selectable during ISP programming). It incorporates 3-channel CCP/PWM/PCA, 8/10-bit ADC (300K samples/sec), 2K SRAM, and 2 UART ports (UART1/UART2, switchable among 5 sets of pins, enabling time-division multiplexing as 5 independent UART ports), plus 1 high-speed synchronous serial port SPI. Designed for multi-serial-port communication, motor control, and high-interference environments.
