The CPX/CPXL and CPC/CPCL series sensors integrate silicon micromechanical sensing technology, temperature compensation, and calibration functions in a range of low-cost packages. This series offers the most cost-effective solution for design requirements. These piezoresistive pressure sensors feature micromachined silicon dies mounted on ceramic substrates with plastic caps for protection. Multiple tubular configurations with nylon housings are available for various pressure applications.
