An ultra-low power, high-performance OOK/(G)FSK RF transceiver for various wireless applications from 127 to 1020 MHz. High integration simplifies the peripheral BOM required in system design. Up to +20 dBm output power and -121 dBm sensitivity optimize link budget performance. Supports multiple packet formats and codec modes to flexibly meet the diverse packet format and encoding/decoding requirements of various applications. Features 64-byte Tx/Rx FIFO, rich GPIO and interrupt configurations, Duty-Cycle operating mode, channel activity detection, high-accuracy RSSI, low voltage detection, power-on reset, low-frequency clock output, manual fast frequency hopping, and squelch output, enabling more flexible application design and product differentiation. Operates from 1.8 to 3.6 V. Draws only 8.5 mA at -121 dBm sensitivity; ultra-low power receive mode further reduces RX current consumption; transmit current is only 23 mA at 13 dBm output.
