WS531 is a highly integrated, low-power single-chip ASK/OOK RF receiver IC. All RF signal reception functions are integrated on-chip to achieve the most reliable reception performance with minimal external components and lowest cost. It is therefore a true single-chip receiver in the sense of "wireless RF modulated signal input, digital demodulated signal output."

The WS531 is available in an SOP8 package, with an operating voltage range of 2.0~5.5V, operating current of 5mA, startup time of 3ms, and a maximum receive sensitivity of -113dBm, making it ideal for various low-power applications. All RF and IF tuning is performed automatically on-chip, eliminating manual tuning steps during development and production, thereby reducing costs and accelerating time-to-market.
