WS470L is a highly integrated, low-power monolithic ASK/OOK RF receiver IC. All RF signal reception functions are fully integrated on-chip, achieving the most reliable reception performance with minimal external components and lowest cost. It is therefore a true single-chip receiver in the strictest sense — "RF modulated signal in, digital demodulated signal out."

The WS470L comes in a SOP16 package, with an operating voltage range of 2.0~5.5V, operating current of 3.8mA, startup time of 3ms, and a maximum receive sensitivity of -113dBm, making it ideal for a wide range of low-power applications. All RF and IF tuning is performed automatically on-chip, eliminating manual adjustment steps during development and production, thereby reducing costs and accelerating time-to-market.
