The SiT5156 is a MEMS Super-TCXO with ±0.5 ppm to ±2.5 ppm accuracy, designed for optimal dynamic performance. It is ideal for high-reliability telecom, wireless and networking, industrial, precision GNSS, and audio/video applications.

  3. DCTCXO supporting digitally controlled output frequency via I²C interface, with frequency adjustment resolution down to 5 ppt (parts per trillion).

The SiT5156 can be factory-programmed for any combination of frequency, stability, voltage, and pulling range. This programmability enables designers to optimize clock configurations while eliminating the long lead times and custom costs associated with quartz devices, which require custom production for each frequency.
