Hallwee HAL2502SW

The HAL250X is a low-power Hall switch sensor designed for space-constrained and battery-sensitive systems. The device offers multiple magnetic field threshold options, switching frequencies, and package configurations to suit a wide range of applications.

When the applied south-pole magnetic field exceeds the operate point Bop, pin 1 output goes low and remains low. When the applied north-pole magnetic field exceeds the operate point Bop, pin 3 output goes low and remains low. The output returns high only when the south-pole or north-pole magnetic field drops below the release point Brp. An integrated temperature compensation circuit and clock logic circuit ensure stable operate points and switching frequency. The device delivers omnipolar magnetic response at ultralow current consumption.

The HAL250X operates from a supply voltage range of 1.6V to 5.5V and is available in a standard DFN1010-4L package.
