JSMSEMI JSM6288Q

JSM6288 is a high-voltage, high-speed power MOSFET high- and low-side gate driver IC fabricated in a high-low voltage compatible process, integrating both high-side and low-side gate drive circuits on a single chip. The device features independent high-side and low-side referenced output channels. Logic input levels are compatible with CMOS or LSTTL logic down to 3.3V. The output stage provides high-current pulse drive capability with integrated shoot-through prevention dead-time logic. The floating channel enables driving of high-side N-channel power MOSFETs, with a maximum floating supply voltage of +250V. JSM6288 is available in TSSOP20 and QFN24 packages, with an operating temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
