NS4150B is an ultra-low EMI, filterless 3W mono Class-D audio power amplifier. Operating from a 5V supply, it delivers 3W into a 4Ω load with up to 90% efficiency. Advanced technology is employed to significantly reduce EMI across the full bandwidth, minimizing interference with other components. The filterless PWM modulation architecture with integrated gain reduces external component count, PCB area, and system cost, while spread-spectrum technology fully optimizes the new circuit design. The device integrates overcurrent protection, overtemperature protection, and undervoltage protection, which shut down the device under abnormal operating conditions to prevent damage. Once the fault condition is removed, the NS4150B automatically resumes normal operation.
