Introduction
The OPAx375 family includes single-channel (OPA375), dual-channel (OPA2375), and quad-channel (OPA4375) general-purpose CMOS op amps, offering ultra-low noise of 3.5nV/√Hz, low offset voltage of 500µV (maximum), and high bandwidth of 10MHz. The low noise and high bandwidth characteristics make the OPAx375 family suitable for a wide range of high-precision applications requiring a good balance between cost and performance. In addition, the input bias current of the OPAx375 supports applications with high source impedance. The OPAx375 family is designed for robustness and ease of use, featuring unity-gain stability, integrated RFI/EMI rejection filter, no phase inversion under overdrive conditions, and high ESD protection (2kV HBM). The resistive open-loop output impedance also makes it easy to maintain stability under higher capacitive loads. The op amps are optimized for low-voltage operation: the OPA375 operates down to 2.25V (±1.125V), while the OPA2375 and OPA4375 operate down to 1.7V (±0.85V). All devices support a maximum supply voltage of 5.5V (±2.75V) and are rated for a temperature range of –40°C to 125°C. The single-channel OPA375 is available in a compact SC70-5 package. The dual-channel OPA2375 offers multiple package options, including a 1.5mm × 2.0mm X2QFN miniature package.
