The CSD95495QVM NexFET power device is a highly optimized design for synchronous buck converters in high-power, high-density applications. This product integrates a driver IC and power MOSFETs to complete the power stage switching function. The combined device offers high current, high efficiency, and high-speed switching in a compact 4mm x 5mm small-outline package. It also integrates accurate current sensing and temperature sensing to simplify system design and improve accuracy. In addition, the PCB footprint has been optimized to help reduce design time and simplify overall system design.
