The REF34xx devices are low-drift (6 ppm/°C), low-power, high-precision CMOS voltage references featuring ±0.05% initial accuracy, low operating current, and power consumption of less than 95μA. The devices also provide ultralow output noise of 5μVp-p/V, which maintains high signal integrity when used with high-resolution data converters in noise-sensitive systems. The REF34xx comes in a compact SOT-23 package with improved specifications and offers pin-to-pin replacement for MAX607x and ADR34xx. The REF34xx series is compatible with most ADCs and DACs, such as the ADS1287, ADUCM360, and ADS1112. The device's low output voltage hysteresis and low long-term output voltage drift further enhance stability and system reliability. In addition, the device's small size and low operating current (95μA) make it ideal for portable and battery-powered applications where low power consumption is a critical concern. The REF34xx is rated for an extended temperature range of -40°C to +125°C.
