TI OPA4990IDR

The OPAx990 series is a family of high-voltage (40V) general-purpose operational amplifiers. These devices feature excellent DC accuracy and AC performance, including rail-to-rail input/output, low offset voltage (±300μV typ.) and low temperature drift (±0.6μV/°C typ.). The OPAx990 has unique features such as a differential and common-mode input voltage range up to the supply rails, high short-circuit current (±80mA), high slew rate (4.5V/μs), and shutdown. It is an extremely flexible, stable, and high-performance operational amplifier suitable for a variety of high-voltage industrial applications. The OPAx990 operational amplifier series is available in miniature packages (e.g., X2QFN, WSON, and SOT-553) as well as standard packages (e.g., SOT-23, SOIC, and TSSOP), with a specified operating temperature range from –40°C to 125°C.
