Introduction
This device is a high-frequency synchronous buck converter optimized for small solution size and high efficiency. The input voltage range of 2.4V to 5.5V supports common battery technologies. The converter operates in PWM mode at moderate-to-high loads and automatically enters power-save mode at light loads, maintaining high efficiency across the full load current range. The switching frequency of 3.5MHz enables the use of small external components. The DCS-control architecture delivers excellent load transient performance and output voltage regulation accuracy. Additional features include overcurrent protection, thermal shutdown, active output discharge, and power-good indication. The device is available in a 6-pin WCSP package.
