TI LM4040EIM7-2.0/NOPB

The LM4040-N-Q1 meets the AEC Q-100 requirements for automotive applications – Extended Grade 1: -40°C to +125°C, TA; Industrial Grade 3: -40°C to +85°C, TA. Small packages: SOT-23, TO-92, and SC70. No output capacitor is required and it can accept capacitive loads. It provides fixed reverse breakdown voltages of 2.048V, 2.5V, 3V, 4.096V, 5V, 8.192V, and 10V.
