Introduction
The OPA×354 series of high-speed voltage-feedback CMOS operational amplifiers are designed for video applications and other applications requiring wide bandwidth. These devices are unity-gain stable and can output large currents. The differential gain is 0.02%, and the differential phase is 0.09°. The quiescent current is only 4.9 mA per channel.
The OPA×354 series operational amplifiers are optimized for operation with single or dual power supplies ranging from as low as 2.5 V (±1.25 V) to as high as 5.5 V (±2.75 V). The common-mode input range extends beyond the power supply range. The output swing is within 100 mV of the power supply rails, supporting a wide dynamic range.
For applications requiring a fully continuous output current of 100 mA, single-channel and dual-channel 8-pin HSOP PowerPAD versions are available. The single-channel version (OPA354) is available in a tiny 5-pin SOT-23 and an 8-pin HSOP PowerPAD package. The dual-channel version (OPA2354) is available in a tiny 8-pin VSSOP and an 8-pin HSOP PowerPAD package. The quad-channel version (OPA4354) is available in a 14-pin TSSOP and a 14-pin SOIC package.
The multi-channel versions feature fully independent circuits to minimize crosstalk and eliminate interaction completely. All functions are rated for an extended operating temperature range of -40°C to +125°C.
