R+O SS315

This surface-mount Schottky barrier rectifier features a low-profile package suitable for high-speed switching applications, circuit protection, and voltage clamping. The design supports automated placement and incorporates a guard ring for overvoltage protection. The device offers low power consumption and high efficiency, is rated MSL Level 1, and can withstand a peak reflow soldering temperature of up to 260°C. The package material meets UL 94V-0 flammability rating and is RoHS compliant and halogen-free. Terminals feature a solderable finish. Polarity is indicated by a cathode band marking the cathode terminal. Maximum reverse voltage ranges from 20V to 200V, with a forward current of 3A.
