MCP1415/6 is a low-voltage power MOSFET and IGBT non-inverting gate driver. Proprietary latch-up immune CMOS technology enables a highly robust single-chip integrated architecture. The MCP1415/6 logic input levels are compatible with CMOS or LSTTL logic output levels as low as 3.3V. The output driver features a wide VCC range, UVLO with hysteresis, and output current buffer stage. Operates over a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
