The A3144EUA-T is a unipolar Hall-effect switch designed using bipolar semiconductor technology, incorporating a Hall voltage generator, a voltage regulator capable of operating from 3.8 to 40V supply voltage, reverse voltage protection, temperature compensation circuitry, a small-signal amplifier, a Schmitt trigger, and an open-collector output. This sensor is designed for south-pole response. When the magnetic flux density (B) exceeds the operate point Bop, the output switches low and remains unchanged until the magnetic flux (B) falls below the release point Brp, at which point the output switches high. The A3144EUA-T is available in multiple packages, including TO92S and SOT23-3L, all of which are RoHS compliant.
