Telaire's ChipCap 2-SIP is a SIP package version of the ChipCap, pre-installed with a V-Core capacitor for ease of use. The ChipCap provides a state-of-the-art, cost-effective humidity and temperature sensing solution for virtually any type of application. An internally developed and manufactured capacitive polymer sensor die, along with a CMOS IC with EEPROM, are integrated into a single embedded system. The ChipCap 2-SIP is individually calibrated and tested, offering ±2% accuracy over the 20% to 80% RH range (±3% over the full humidity range), and is simple to use with no further calibration or temperature compensation required. The ChipCap 2-SIP offers an ideal sensing solution for applications demanding high reliability, high accuracy, and cost efficiency.
