Broadcom 3W Mini Power LED light sources are high-performance, energy-efficient devices capable of handling high heat and high drive currents. Options with electrically isolated metal slugs are also available. The low-profile package design and ultra-compact dimensions suit a wide range of applications, especially where space and height are constrained. The package is compatible with reflow soldering processes. For easy pick-and-place assembly, LEDs are supplied in EIA-standard tape and reel packaging. Note! Store LEDs in a moisture-proof bag when not in use, as prolonged exposure to ambient conditions may cause discoloration of the silver-plated leads, potentially resulting in soldering difficulties.
