Introduction
This series of high-current three-phase bridge rectifiers is constructed using hermetically sealed rectifiers, employing the same design and manufacturing technologies as their applications to ensure maximum reliability. These technologies include void-free glass encapsulation and internal "Class 1" metallurgical bonding. These 25A and 40A ultrafast rectifier bridges feature peak working reverse voltage ratings of up to 150V per phase.
