Broadcom ASMT-JR10-AST01

This Broadcom 1-watt mini power LED light source is a high-performance, energy-efficient device capable of withstanding high heat and high drive currents. An option with an electrically isolated metal slug is also available.

White mini power LEDs are available in color temperatures ranging from 2700K to 10000K.

The slim package design and ultra-compact footprint suit a wide range of applications, particularly where space and height are constrained.

The package is compatible with reflow soldering processes. For easy pick-and-place assembly, LEDs are supplied in EIA-standard tape and reel packaging.
