Melexis MLX75023STF-BAA-000-TR

MLX75023 is a QVGA (320×240 pixels) resolution optical Time-of-Flight (TOF) camera sensor. Combined with a modulated light source, the sensor measures distance and reflectance at full resolution. The high dynamic range DepthSense™ pixel supports background light up to 120 klux. The sensor is housed in a chip-scale glass BGA package, offering multiple integration possibilities. The MLX75023 features 2 analog differential outputs, 9-bit pixel row addressing and 8-bit pixel column addressing at up to 50 MHz. Two digital inputs control DepthSense™ pixel demodulation at frequencies up to 40 MHz. The remaining digital inputs control the sensor integration and reset sequences. The chip requires +3.3V and −3.3V supply rails. MLX75023 engineering samples and reference application schematics are available upon request.
