MAXIM MAX6693UP9A+T

MAX6693 is a precision multi-channel temperature monitor featuring one local and six remote temperature sensing channels. Each temperature channel has programmable alert thresholds, and select channels also support programmable over-temperature thresholds. It uses a 2-wire serial interface with SMBus protocol support for reading temperature data and programming alarm thresholds. Operating temperature range: -40°C to +125°C, available in a 20-pin TSSOP package.

• Monitors its own temperature and up to six external diode-connected transistor temperatures
• Programmable alarm thresholds for all temperature channels
• Programmable over-temperature thresholds for channels 1, 4, 5, and 6
• Status bits set in status register when measured temperature exceeds corresponding threshold
• Two open-drain outputs (OVERT and ALERT) asserted based on status register bits
• 2-wire serial interface with standard SMBus protocol for temperature data reading and alarm threshold programming
• Operating temperature range: -40°C to +125°C
