RENESAS HFA3134IHZ96

The HFA3134 and HFA3135 are ultra-high-frequency transistor pairs fabricated using Intersil's complementary bipolar UHF-1X process. The NPN transistor has a transition frequency fT of 8.56Hz, and the PNP transistor has an fT of 7GHz. Both transistor types feature low-noise characteristics, making them well suited for high-frequency amplifier and mixer applications. These two arrays are matched high-frequency transistor pairs whose matching characteristics simplify DC biasing and minimize imbalance in differential amplifier configurations. Their high fT enables excellent stability in UHF amplifier designs.
