TI JFE150EVM

This user guide contains information and support documentation for the JFE150 Evaluation Module (EVM), including circuit description, schematic, and bill of materials for the JFE150EVM. The JFE150 is an ultra-low-noise, low-gate-current N-channel JFET that operates over a wide drain-source voltage up to 40 V and gate-drain voltage down to -40 V, with excellent noise performance at currents from 50 μA to 20 mA, ultra-high input impedance (> 1 TΩ), available in 5-pin SOT23 and SC-70 packages. The JFE150EVM is used for basic functional evaluation of the JFE150 device.
