Honeywell HMR3300

The Honeywell HMR3200/HMR3300 are digital compass solutions for precision heading applications. Leveraging Honeywell's magnetoresistive sensors, these compact solid-state compass designs deliver reliability and accuracy. These compass solutions are designed to integrate a general-purpose precision compass into customer systems via a 5V logic-level serial data interface and ASCII-format commands. The HMR3200 is a two-axis precision compass featuring three orthogonal magnetoresistive sensors, operable in either vertical or horizontal orientation. The HMR3300 incorporates a MEMS accelerometer for a horizontal three-axis, tilt-compensated precision compass with a tilt range of up to ±60°.
