Introduction
Honeywell's 115 Series E-I matched bead thermistors are manufactured using 111 Series miniature bead thermistors sealed in glass. They feature relatively uniform dimensions, fast response times, and high sensitivity to temperature changes and airflow movement. They are well suited for low thermal mass applications, and their small size allows use in confined spaces.
In the 115 Series, Honeywell leverages the performance and reliability of miniature bead thermistors by mounting them on special sealed headers for easy installation.
For maximum sensitivity, high-resistance units should be used at elevated ambient temperatures.
