Advanced Photonix, Inc. PDV-P7002

PDV - P7002 is a photoresistive sensor with sensitivity in the visible light spectrum. The cadmium sulfide photoresistor is mounted on a 2-pin ceramic package, with a plastic-encapsulated surface for moisture protection. Advanced Photonix cadmium sulfide photoresistors are designed for visible light measurement, sensing light in the 400 to 700nm range. Resistance decreases with increasing illumination intensity, with spectral response characteristics similar to the human eye. These photoresistors are available in multiple resistance values, in either dual-pin plastic-coated ceramic packages or hermetically sealed TO metal can packages.
